Kristlenne Vicuna is the latest edition to Rivera Hewitt Paul LLP joining our firm in July 2023. She is a native of Chico, California and a long-time resident of Northern California.

She comes to Rivera Hewitt Paul LLP from the Rosaco Law Group APC (formerly McKague Rosasco LLP) where her practice included a broad range of employment and labor law matters such as wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) actions, wage and hour class actions, and administrative law litigation with agencies such as the EEOC, Labor Commissioner, Agricultural Commissioner, and Cal-OSHA. Kristlenne also advised clients on wage and hour compliance and best practices to avoid future litigation. Prior thereto Kristlenne worked as a dependency attorney for the Dependency Associates of Sacramento, representing parents in juvenile dependency proceedings in the Juvenile Court for the County of Sacramento.

Kristlenne graduated with distinction from McGeorge School of Law with a concentration in Trial and Appellate Advocacy. She is a Witkin Award winner and member of the Traynor Honor Society. While attending law school she served as a mediator at the Prisoner Civil Rights Mediation Clinic and as a student intern with the Correctional Law Section of the California Department of Justice. Kristlenne earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific with a concentration in Business Law and a Pre-Law minor.

Kristlenne is a member of the California State Bar and admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
