We are proud of our many successes, including published opinions in Jeffers v. Gomez, 267 F.3d 895 (9th Cir. 2001) which helped define the evolving qualified immunity doctrine in excessive force cases, and Nunes v. Arata, et al., 983 F.3d 1108 (9th Cir. 2020), upholding qualified immunity for Fourth Amendment right to privacy claims. Our attorneys include members of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
