TODD A. JUCHAU

Todd A. Juchau is a native of Napa and a long-time resident of Northern California. He is our newest addition to Rivera Hewitt Paul LLP with years of experience practicing in the areas of insurance defense (including automobile liability, construction defect, premises liability and medical malpractice), real property, local government, criminal law and labor law. Todd completed a joint degree program with McGeorge School of Law and California State University, Sacramento, graduating in the same year with both J.D. and MBA degrees.

Before joining Rivera Hewitt Paul LLP, Todd practiced automobile insurance law, operating a satellite office for a nationwide insurance company. He represented insureds across the state, including successful trial practice and hundreds of arbitrations, mediations and depositions.

Todd is admitted to practice in all the California State Courts and in the U.S. District Court of Eastern District. He is a detail-oriented advocate who works tirelessly to achieve the best results for all of his clients.
